My thoughts sway
Every which way
Like the shorelines they brush up against

My imaginations getting the best of me
History once has said that everything is as it seems
There’s no fooling me

Because I am seemingly impossible to read

So majestic and offensive
Drawing lines along legacy

My miseries taking the backseat
It’s an “everything as you imagined it to be” mystery
It won’t shake the sea
