Atlantis (a World That Used To Be)

Dead Poets Society

Man was born to play
A game called death's for sale each day
When the night comes it says
As the life slowly fades
Love's still there
Like in a world that used to be One kingdom fell from grace
And it's glory is long gone and disappeared
In century haze it's lost without a trance
Heaven send me a moonlight
It shall give me strenght to carry on
In what we belive
Still living in a world of decived
hold youd fire
There's a feeling we all ought to find
And every single man could be a king
Magic and love he will bring
Oh Atlantis where have you been
In the years of wisdom unseen
Will you ever try to rise again
Or are you just a dream
Myths and legends are like far memories
Of things once close to real
Vision of a time
I can see it in my mind
But man came just too pround
Demon ruled blinded crowd
All fell down
Like in a world that used to be Gazing at the stars glittering' billion miles away
I know the mystery why they're shining though,
Cause staring into space that never ends we see
No love is so far, no dream is so blue
and no life is so wasted we couldn't change it's clue
The new world is waiting, somewhere it's waiting for you...
